What brought you to this retreat?
The amazingly charming aura of Eduardo that kept on popping up in my search of a yoga retreat intrigued me.
A yoga retreat spiced up with a salsa class, mojito course, the beautiful location on the beach just outside Havana, Cuba and me having wanted to visit for almost 20 years made me smile.
But what finally made me book the retreat was an instant feeling of already knowing Kathy after only having seen a picture of her.
I knew it would be a total bliss to be a part of this specific yoga retreat.
What is your favourite memory?
There are so many!
It started with a beautiful and warmhearted welcome by Coco.
The amazing sunset meditation on the beach with new friends from around the world. The feeling of relief that yoga gives me and last but not least the fulfilling feeling of letting go and opening up for new opportunities by the farewell bonfire.
What did you bring home with you?
To remember to seize the moment and that its ok to let go.
If you were given 1-2 lines to describe your life philosophy, what would that be?
To be honest, open minded and not to restrict myself.
Favourite Yoga Pose:
Baby pose, up down dog and warrior pose.
If I can only choose one, it would be warrior pose.
